2017 - Competition - 3rd place
Taking the budget into consideration, we decided that the most realistic way to renovate the plant would have been through a
“masterful use of color”.
So we turned to the art word, by transferring the colors of Mondrian's Composition with Red, Blue, and Yellow to the volumes of the building. The resulting composition is thus colorful and well balanced.
We also insert a symbolic element to complete the renovation: it's a huge clock, a little deformed and weary from the passage of time, but always working. The inspiration for this element is clear: the clock of Salvador Dalì.
